The opportunity

 

• ServiceNow Platform administrator (Senior)
• Expected joining date Immediate
• Experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience

 

 

Your key responsibilities

 

• ServiceNow Platform administration and maintenance activities
• Incident Management, Change and Problem Management.
• Understand new ServiceNow features and unused module functionality.
• Investigate technical solutions and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform related issues,

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

• Minimum 2-3 years of JavaScript experience including usage AngularJS frameworks.
• Hands-on experience on the below ServiceNow modules (Recommended):

 

 

Must Have: 

 

• ITSM, Service Portal, Custom Applications, ITIL Foundation

 

 

Good to have: 

 

• HRSD, ITOM, Discovery, IRM, SecOps
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
• Certified Application Developer Certification           
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
• Excellent business communication skills
• Education in Information Technology or equivalent working experience
• Willing to work in shifts and on-call support.

 

 

To qualify for the role, you must have.

 

• Strong in following technologies (minimum 2–3-year hands on experience on the below mentioned tech stack).
• Java, Java Script, Angular JS
• RESTful Webservices
• Angular JS
• HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST
