We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to contact customers over the phone and explain our products and services. The role involves handling customer queries, building good relationships, and supporting sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries
- Identify potential sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass/ Graduates
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic phone handling skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience is a plus, but freshers can also apply
