Test Analyst

Quality Analyst responsibilities include performing quality tests and validating test cases before products, software and systems are shipped to consumers. Quality analyst job goes beyond technical know-how as they should also have good communication skills, cooperation to work well with a team, and excellent problem-solving skills. The quality analyst is part of the development team and works under the technical manager. This role involves diverse duties and responsibilities to ensure that all aspects of production meet or exceed established quality standards. The primary goal of a QA is to identify areas that need to be improved and work towards enhancing overall quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualification:

Graduation in B.Tech (M. Tech is good to have)

Nature of Experience:

• The experience range for the Senior QA role should be revised to 3–6 years.
• Domain knowledge, testing and end user support.
• Basic knowledge of databases.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in non-functional testing (automation / performance / API).
• ISDQB certification (preferred).
