Branch Manager - MLAP

- Responsible for managing branch operations and driving growth in the Micro Lending and Agriculture Portfolio (MLAP). - Oversee inclusive banking activities within the branch and ensure compliance with organizational policies. - Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve business targets and maintain customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with regional teams and stakeholders to implement financial products and services. - Monitor loan disbursements, collections, and portfolio quality in the assigned locations. - Manage multiple branch locations including Kumbakonam, Tanjore, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur, and Kudavasal. - Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk management practices within the branch. - Maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities to promote financial inclusion.
