Job SummaryThe B2B Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients. The role focuses on generating sales, expanding market presence, achieving revenue targets, and promoting the company's gold jewellery, diamond jewellery, gemstone jewellery, and customized product offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and acquire new B2B customers, including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, exhibitions, and cold calling.
- Present product collections and new launches to clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for repeat business.
- Order ManagementReceive and process customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Track order status and update customers regularly.
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
- Market Research & AnalysisMonitor jewellery market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Share market feedback with management.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Collection & Payment Follow-upCoordinate with accounts team for outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for timely collections.
- Ensure adherence to company credit policies.
- Reporting & DocumentationMaintain daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Update CRM with customer interactions and order details.
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required QualificationsGraduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury products, gems & jewellery, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
