Execute team’s timely/risk based visit to branches as per schedule Track closure of reports in his /her geography. Conduct surveillance and Branch reviews in an accurate and timely mannerConduct surveillance and Branch reviews in an accurate and timely mannerTransparent & un-biased reporting of findings, identify trends, analyse root cause issues and place recommendation of appropriate corrective actions (both short and long term).Ensure to share the findings with branch and zonal teams and coordinating with all stakeholders to get rectifications done and close the report observations within the stipulated time frameSuggest Disciplinary action against deviant behavior or deliberate attempt to process lapse as per the written Disciplinary policy of the bank.Exercise subject matter expertise in case of conflicting situations as to whether an error exists or regarding the severity of the error Experience Range : 2 to 10 Years Qualifications :Graduate (Any Specialisation)Post Graduate (Any Specialisation)
