Cluster Sales Manager - Gold Loan| Thrissur

• To provide leadership to Gold Loan Business of the Area; lead assigned Sales Team and achieve the Sales Target. 
• Identify and utilize opportunities to cross sell other products of the bank, help branches to plan and conduct customer meets. 
• Collaborate with team/ branches to achieve optimum results. 
• Plan and carry out sales and marketing activities, in the assigned areas/ markets along with the BDE's. 
• Conduct market research, including area mapping, to identify sales possibilities and evaluate customer needs and timely report to the RSM.

• Achieving Sales Target
• Sourcing business and ensure the BDE's productivity
• Cross selling of asset and third-party products
  

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 4 to 8 years
