Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, purity, and offers to customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge regarding gold, diamond, silver, and precious stone jewellery.
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters and showroom areas.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products and current market trends.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Teamwork and coordination skills.
- Presentable personality and customer-friendly approach.
