Core Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new high-caliber insurance agents.
• Training & Mentorship: Conduct training sessions on products, sales skills, and regulatory compliance.
• Sales Target Achievement: Set monthly/quarterly sales targets for the agency team and ensure achievement.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing ongoing coaching to enhance productivity.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree .
• Experience: Generally 1-5 years of experience in any sales.
