Senior Lead - Compliance Monitoring & Testing| Thrissur

1. The Compliance Monitoring and Testing Official will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on compliance monitoring and testing programs across the bank. 
2. This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. 
3. The incumbent will act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing insights on compliance risks and recommending corrective actions.

1. Develop and execute risk-based compliance monitoring and testing plans. 
2. Continuous monitoring of the implementation of various regulatory guidelines.
3. Conduct thematic reviews, transaction testing, and control assessments across business lines.
4. Identify gaps in processes, controls, and regulatory adherence, and recommend remediation.
5. Interpret and apply relevant RBI regulations, banking laws.
6. Stay updated on regulatory developments and assess their impact on monitoring programs.
7. Prepare clear, concise reports for senior management and the Board, highlighting risks and recommendations.
8. Escalate significant compliance issues promptly and track remediation.
9. Collaborate with business units, risk management, and internal audit to strengthen the compliance environment.
10. Enhance monitoring methodologies, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
