Job Description
- Expected to generate business from the mapped branches in the given city through self-sourcing as well as through Sales Officers
- Expected to build team of Sales Officers to deliver the topline as per Goal Sheet
- Work with multiple bank partnerships and avoid conflicts
- Responsible for closing the leads generated by Sales Officers in respective banks
- Ensure the quality of business and avoid any mis-sell & future customer grievances
- The candidate must have good knowledge of Insurance business
- New Initiatives for the assigned city
- Joint Field work with Partner for Business generation
- Manage – Logins/Issuance/Renewal Collection
- Monitor regular communication to all stakeholders for important business items.
- Coordination with internal & external stakeholders for a win-win relationship
- Customer Interaction, closures, proper documentation, managing team of 6-8 Sales Officers. Coordinating with RO & HO of partners and BALIC office for the logins and issuance.
- Achieving a Minimum Business Target Assigned
- Daily visit of Regional offices of the bank along with minimum one branch
