Job Description
- Identify and appoint new distributors across Tamil Nadu.
- Develop and expand the distributor network in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Support distributors in appointing dealers, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and payment collections.
- Plan and execute sales promotion activities.
- Train distributor sales teams on products and sales strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
