Injection Molding Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Shift Incharge who can handle complete shift operations efficiently. The candidate should have strong knowledge of injection moulding machines, manpower handling, production planning, quality control, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete injection moulding production during the shift
• Monitor machine performance and production targets
• Manage operators, helpers, and shift manpower
• Ensure minimum rejection and maximum productivity
• Troubleshoot machine and mould-related issues
• Maintain production reports and shift documentation
• Ensure quality standards are maintained
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments
• Maintain safety and housekeeping on the shop floor
• Ensure timely material availability for production
• Skills RequiredGood knowledge of injection moulding process
• Ability to handle manpower and production pressure
• Knowledge of mould changing and machine setting
• Basic understanding of quality parameters
• Leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Preferred CandidateExperience in plastic manufacturing industry
• Can independently handle shift operations
