Job Description

  • CRE – EdTech Sales Roles & ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads generated through calls, website enquiries, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Counsel prospective students on courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Convert enquiries into admissions by achieving monthly enrollment targets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students until the admission process is completed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
  • Update lead status and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for batch scheduling and student onboarding.
  • Address student queries and provide timely support.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and follow-up reports.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
