Job Description

Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager (Immediate Hiring)

📍 Location: Trichy (Work from Office)

💼 Experience: 5–8 Years

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and capability)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM


About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to build and manage the complete finance and accounting system for a growing skincare and haircare manufacturing business. This role goes beyond accounting—you will work closely with the management team to provide financial insights, improve cash flow, control costs, and support business growth.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and manage the company's Finance & Accounts system from scratch.
  • Handle daily accounting, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, inventory, and expenses.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Develop weekly and monthly financial dashboards for management.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital.
  • Track product-wise profitability and gross margins.
  • Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Implement and manage Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
  • Monitor inventory valuation and stock movement.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly financial reports.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decisions.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Tally Prime.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Costing.
  • Experience in Inventory Management.
  • Cash Flow Planning and Financial Reporting.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
