Job Description
Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive service on commercial vehicles.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and engine-related faults.
Repair and replace defective parts using approved tools and procedures.
Carry out engine, transmission, brake, clutch, suspension, and steering repairs.
Perform vehicle inspections and road tests before and after repairs.
Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment efficiently.
Maintain accurate job cards and service records.
Ensure all repairs are completed within the allocated time.
Follow Ashok Leyland service standards and quality procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop.
Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop Supervisor regarding repair status.
Attend technical training programs conducted by the company.
