Job Description
Team Leader – Loan Collections
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise a team of Collection Executives and drive loan recovery performance. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team productivity, handling escalations, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.
Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Collection Agency / Financial Services
Location: Thillai Nagar - Trichy
