Job Description
Job Title: Tele caller – Bank Loan and credit card Collection
Job Summary:
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue loan payments and ensuring timely collection through phone calls. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, explaining repayment details, and updating collection records regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers regarding pending or overdue loan payments
- Explain repayment schedules, penalties, and payment options clearly
- Convince and follow up with customers for timely payment
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls professionally
- Maintain proper call records and update customer status in the system
- Coordinate with field executives when required
- Resolve customer queries related to loan payments
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets
- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the Team Leader/Manager
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during calls
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of loan/collection process
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and mobile handling knowledge
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th / Any Degree
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer support/collection is an added advantage
