Job Description
- MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE BRANCH.
- SUPERVISE AND SUPPORT BRACH STAFF.
- HANDLE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES AND RESOLVE COMPLAINTS.
- MONITOR SALES AND ACHIEVE BRACH TARGETS.
- COODINATE WITH THE HEAD OFFICE.
- MAKE OUTBOUND AND RECIEVE INBOUND CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS.
- EXPLAIN THE COMPANYS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
- ANSWER CUSTOMER QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION.
- SCHDULE APPOINTMENTS OR BOOKINGS IF REQUIRED.
