Position: Business Associate TraineeRole: Marketing Research & Sales
Job SummaryWe are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join our Sales Internship Program. This role offers hands-on experience in market research and field sales within the medical devices industry. Candidates will work closely with sales teams, interact with healthcare professionals, and contribute to business growth in assigned territories.
- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market research to evaluate new and existing business opportunities
- Collect and analyze data on customers, competitors, and market trends
- Support sales teams in lead generation, follow-ups, and account management
- Assist in product demonstrations and customer engagement activities
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare reports
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (hospitals, doctors, etc.)
- Eligibility & SkillsEligibility: 2025 pass-outs and 2026 graduating students (B.Pharm / B.Tech – Biomedical Engineering)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven
- Comfortable with fieldwork (hospital visits, client meetings)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel
- Compensation & BenefitsStipend: ₹35,000/month
- Bonus: ₹25,000 (6 months) + ₹35,000 (12 months)
- Travel Allowance: Up to ₹10,000/month
- Insurance: GMC ₹1,00,000 + GPA ₹10,00,000
