Job Description
- 🔹 Core ResponsibilitiesHandle and manage a team of collection executives
- Allocate daily targets and ensure achievement
- Monitor team performance (calls, recovery, productivity)
- Guide team members on call handling and negotiation skills
- 🔹 Collections & OperationsEnsure timely follow-up on overdue accounts
- Track recovery status and maintain daily/weekly reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for case updates and escalations
- Maintain portfolio quality and reduce delinquency
- 🔹 Team ManagementConduct daily team huddles and briefings
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Motivate team to achieve targets
- Handle attrition and maintain team discipline
- 🔹 Reporting & CompliancePrepare MIS reports and share with management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines
- Monitor call quality and ensure ethical collection practices
- 🔹 Client & Process HandlingAct as a point of contact between client and team
- Handle escalations and critical cases
