Job Title: CRM Executive (Telecalling Collection)Location: Tirupati

Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Telecalling / Collections

Salary: ₹14,500 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

• Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
• Follow up with customers and ensure timely collections.
• Negotiate repayment plans as per company guidelines.
• Update customer interactions and payment details in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Collections, Recovery, Customer Support, or BPO.
• Candidates with DRA certification will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
