Automotive Service Advisor

The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. They are responsible for understanding customer concerns, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, providing service updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the vehicle service process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
• Inspect vehicles and record customer complaints accurately.
• Prepare job cards and service estimates.
• Explain repair and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Update customers on service progress and delivery timelines.
• Ensure all warranty and service documentation is completed correctly.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure vehicle delivery with proper explanation of completed work.
• Maintain customer service records and follow-up activities.
• Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• QualificationDiploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–5 years of experience in automobile service operations.
• Required SkillsStrong communication and customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of automobile systems and vehicle maintenance.
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Computer proficiency and service management software knowledge.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in Automobile Dealerships (Car/Two-Wheeler/Commercial Vehicle).
• Knowledge of warranty processes and service operations.
