Job Description
Visual Inspection: Conduct thorough checks of finished garments for stains, holes, stitching errors, or shading variations.
Measurement Verification: Use measurement tapes to ensure the garment dimensions match the approved "Spec Sheet" or size chart.
Trim & Accessory Check: Verify that buttons, zippers, labels, and tags are correctly placed and securely attached.
Defect Documentation: Identify and categorize defects (Major, Minor, Critical) and send faulty pieces back for rework.
Packing Oversight: Ensure garments are folded and packed according to the buyer’s requirements before final dispatch.
