Job Description

Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu Salary: ₹24,000 – ₹35000 per month (Based on experience and trial)Benefits: FREE Food + FREE Accommodation providedJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead our pastry and cake section. Our bakery focuses heavily on premium celebration cakes, modern desserts, and sliced cakes, alongside a selected menu of puffs, breads, and cookies.Key Responsibilities:Bake, frost, and decorate custom celebration cakes (fondant, buttercream, whipping cream).Prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, and sliced cakes daily.Handle secondary items including puffs, cookies, and basic breads.Maintain strict kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock management.Manage inventory and minimize ingredient wastage.Requirements:3 to 5 years of professional baking experience (Pastry/Cake specialization preferred).Expertise in cake decoration and finishing techniques.Ability to work independently and manage the bakery section.Willingness to relocate to Tiruppur (Accommodation provided).
