Job Description

We are a T-shirt and knitted garment manufacturing unit (15-20 machine setup) in Tirupur, looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily floor operations and ensure smooth, quality production.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production across cutting, stitching, and finishing sections

Ensure quality control, reduce rejection/rework

Track daily production targets vs actual output

Coordinate with tailors, checkers, and helpers

Manage fabric and trims inventory on the floor

Ensure timely dispatch as per order schedules

Maintain daily production records and reports

Handle manpower and shift planning
