💼 Experience: 2+ Years in Sales Coordination / Textile Industry

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer orders, production coordination, dispatches, documentation, and day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, delivery schedules, and dispatches.
• Prepare and maintain Sales Orders, quotations, invoices, delivery documents, and related records.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Logistics, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
• Track order status, production schedules, stock availability, and dispatches.
• Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, payments, deliveries, and pending requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and MIS reports.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on order and delivery status.
• Coordinate sample approvals, quality requirements, and customer specifications where applicable.
• Support the sales team in achieving timely and smooth order execution.
• Candidate Profile: Graduate in B.Com / BBA / Any Degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Order Processing, preferably in a spinning mill or textile industry.
• Good knowledge of yarn/textile products and sales processes will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, or relevant business software.
• Strong communication, coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
• Good command of English and Tamil.
• Candidates based in or willing to work in Tiruppur preferred.
