Job Description
Fast Food Cook (Beverages & Desserts) – Responsible for preparation and service of beverages and dessert items including fresh juices, milkshakes, mojitos, ice creams, sundaes, falooda, brownies, fruit-based desserts, and basic snacks as per standard recipes and quality guidelines. Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation, maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the work area, and operate kitchen equipment such as mixers and blenders safely. Manage inventory of fruits, dairy, and other ingredients, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely order preparation for dine-in, takeaway, and online platforms. Candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to quality and hygiene, and possess basic communication skills (Tamil required). Prior experience in a similar role is preferred; freshers willing to learn may also apply. Availability for rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
