Job Description
We are hiring a restaurant supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include supervising staff (servers, cashier, stall staff), handling customer issues and escalations, monitoring service quality and hygiene, coordinating with the kitchen for timely order preparation, and ensuring efficient operations during peak hours. The role also involves managing staff shifts, tracking daily sales and basic reports, and maintaining discipline on the floor. Candidates should have prior experience in hotel/restaurant operations, good leadership and communication skills (Tamil required), and the ability to handle pressure during busy hours. Salary ₹22,000–₹25,000 based on experience. Full-time, shift-based role. Immediate joining preferred
