Job Description
- Human ResourcesManage end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Track employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts team.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- AdministrationManage office administration and daily operations.
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and stationery.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Arrange meetings and maintain office schedules.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation, if required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of company records.
- Support management in administrative tasks.
