Job Description
About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our solar solutions team. You will be responsible for explaining solar product benefits to potential customers over the phone, and converting inquiries into sales appointments or closures.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers (residential/commercial) to promote solar products and services
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information on solar solutions, pricing, and subsidies
- Explain the benefits, savings, and ROI of switching to solar energy
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email to nurture and convert them
- Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales/technical team
- Maintain and update the CRM with call details, lead status, and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Address customer objections and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with the field sales team for lead handover and closures
