Job Description
- Your primary responsibility is to facilitate the effective and timely collection of overdue payments on home loans.
- You will be responsible for interacting with borrowers, implementing collection strategies, and working towards achieving recovery targets.
- Initiate contact with delinquent borrowers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of borrower interactions, payment arrangements, and any other relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
