A Field Collection Executive in Chitradurga is responsible for contacting customers to recover overdue payments, negotiating repayment terms, and maintaining collection records. The role usually offers a salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on experience and requires a 10th or 12th pass and a valid two-wheeler license.



Key Responsibilities

  • Debt Recovery: Visit customers at their homes or businesses across Chitradurga to collect overdue EMIs, bills, or loans.
  • Negotiation: Discuss repayment plans with customers facing financial difficulties while adhering to company policies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate daily logs of all collected amounts and update the company database.
