Job Title: Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Description (JD)We are looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive with strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. The candidate must have hands-on experience in SAP and be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting and compliance activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Work extensively on SAP (Mandatory) for accounting, finance, and reporting activities.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Prepare and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and Balance Sheets.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including return filing, reconciliation, and input tax credit management.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, return filing, and related compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Maintain accounting records in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for financial and taxation matters.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. CA Inter/CMA Inter will be an added advantage.
• Minimum ___ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP (FI/CO Module preferred).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Experience:Experience in manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
