Job Description
location: Hirehalli
Industry: Welding Wires Manufacturing (MIG, FCW & SAW Wires)
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Monitor manpower, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.
- Implement safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- RequirementsDiploma in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations.
- Experience in welding consumables, wire drawing, or steel processing industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
