Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team and monitor their day-to-day performance.
• Set targets for team members and ensure timely achievement.
• Guide junior team members and ensure assigned work is completed.
• Manage customer coordination related to mobile banking activities.
• Ensure the team completes assigned customer and process-related targets.
• Monitor overall team performance and drive the team towards achieving targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Previous Team Lead experience is mandatory.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and good at customer coordination.
• Candidate should know their CIBIL score.
• UAN number is required.
• PF & ESI applicable.
• Age: Above 30 years.
