Job Description – VMC OperatorPosition:VMC Operator
Company Profile:Our company is engaged in manufacturing Forging Dies and Bolsters using advanced VMC machining facilities.
- Machine Details:VMC Machine Size: 2500 mm × 1500 mm × 800 mm
- Controller: FANUC
- Application: Machining of Forging Dies and Bolsters
- Job Responsibilities:Machine setting and job alignment on VMC machine
- Operating FANUC controlled VMC machine
- Performing machining operations as per drawing and process requirements
- Tool setting and offset handling
- Checking dimensions and maintaining machining quality
- Ensuring proper machine maintenance and cleanliness
- Following production and safety guidelines
- Candidate Requirements:Experience in VMC machine operation
- Knowledge of FANUC controller
- Experience in heavy job setting and machining preferred
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments
- Responsible and disciplined working attitude
- Working Hours:Duty Timing: 12 Hours Shift
- Experience:Minimum 2–5 Years preferred in VMC machining
- Salary:Salary will be based on experience and skill.
