Job Summary

We are hiring skilled Machine Operators for various rubber and engineering machines. The

candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machines to ensure

efficient production, quality output, and adherence to safety standards.

Machine Roles Covered

• Rubber Mixing Mill Operator

• Mixing Kneader Operator

• Rubber Bridge Bearing / CGRSP Rubber Pad Moulding Operator

• Rotocure Machine Operator

• Calendering Machine Operator

• VMC / CNC Machine Operator

• Shot Blasting Machine Operator

• Shearing Machine Operator

• Lathe Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation

• Operate assigned machines efficiently as per production requirements

• Set up machines and adjust parameters for optimal performance

• Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth functioning

2. Production & Quality

• Ensure production targets are met

• Maintain product quality as per specifications

• Identify defects and report deviations

3. Maintenance & Safety

• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning

• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

• Report breakdowns or malfunctions immediately

4. Material Handling

• Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully

• Ensure proper loading/unloading of materials

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain production records and reports

• Follow instructions from supervisors and report daily activities

Key Requirements

Education:

• ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th / Any Graduate

Experience:

• 1–5 years in rubber or manufacturing industry

• Experience in relevant machine operation preferred

Skills Required

• Knowledge of machine operations and production processes

• Basic technical understanding of rubber manufacturing

• Ability to read and follow instructions

• Good communication and teamwork skills
