Job Description
Job Title: Associate Agency Manager
Company: HDFC ERGO General Insurance
Location: Jodhpur (Field + Office Work)
Experience: 1–4 Years (Sales / BFSI Preferred)
Salary: ₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
Job Responsibilities:
- Recruit & manage a team of insurance advisors
- Generate business through agency channel
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Support agents in client acquisition & closures
- Maintain relationships with customers & partners
- Ensure policy documentation & compliance
Requirements:
- Graduate (Any stream)
- Sales experience (Insurance preferred)
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Own vehicle preferred
