About the Role:

Fives Digital is seeking detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated individuals to join our growing AI Operations team as AI Data Annotators / Content Analysts. In this role, you will contribute to the development and improvement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems and Large Language Models (LLMs) through data annotation, content evaluation, transcription, research, and quality analysis.

This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals looking to build expertise in AI, data services, content moderation, and machine learning support operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform 2D and 3D data annotation tasks following project guidelines and quality standards.

* Execute transcription, categorization, and content labeling activities with high accuracy.

* Review, validate, and audit datasets to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.

* Evaluate AI/LLM-generated responses and provide structured feedback based on predefined evaluation criteria.

* Conduct online research, fact-checking, and information verification to support project requirements.

* Analyze datasets, identify patterns, and ensure logical consistency in outputs.

* Meet assigned productivity, accuracy, and quality benchmarks.

* Adhere to SOPs, client requirements, and project documentation while handling sensitive data.

* Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and deliver high-quality results.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Basic computer proficiency and internet research skills.

* Typing speed of 20 WPM or above with at least 90% accuracy.

* Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

* Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills:

* Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach.

* Basic understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Data Annotation, or Content Analysis.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
