Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Contact assigned leads promptly through calls, email, or messaging.
  • Understand the client's business, goals, and digital marketing needs.
  • Explain the company's services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, website development, etc.).
  • Qualify leads by assessing their budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and requirements.
  • Schedule meetings or discovery calls with senior consultants if needed.
  • Prepare and present proposals or quotations.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is made.
  • Close deals and coordinate a smooth hand off to the account management or project team.
  • Meet monthly or quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to encourage renewals and up selling opportunities.
