Job Description
- Taking stock of Inventory & Daily Production
- Keeping them in Lock & Key
- Cleaning & Maintenance of Mill
- Starting and stopping the Mill
- Set Classifier RPM
- Set of Blower RPM
- Dusting DBC & Mill daily
- Cleaning & Oiling of Chains Daily
- Tighten all Nut & Bolts every Sunday
- Daily inspection of bearing vibration and temperature
- Cleaning the premises and collecting all the waste at one place. Place bag to collect the waste discard the waste weekly
- Changing the beater (8-10MT or as per instructions)
- Tracking Stock of Incoming, Outgoing and Present stock
- Greasing& oiling of Mill
- Cleaning and callibaration of weighing machine everyday
- Cleaning & Oiling of the Sewing machine everyday
- Applying Stickers / Stamps on bags as and when required
- Check (every Sunday) and if required then Replace the Rotor Nut bolts once every month
- Reviewing the state of liners
- Replace the Belts as necessary checking the canvas for seepage every week and replacing as necessary
- Making sure that all spares of critical items are in working condition
- Cleaning of solar plates
- Opening and refitting of Motors, Classifiers, Liners, Mill ducts if and when required
- Performing a line clearance check after every major repair
