We are a growing business in the automobile aftermarket industry dealing in high-quality auto body parts and vehicle accessories for commercial and passenger vehicles. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our dealer, distributor, workshop, and fleet customer network.

Job PurposeTo generate B2B business opportunities, develop strong relationships with dealers and distributors, increase product sales, and strengthen the company’s market presence in the automobile spare parts industry.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B customers such as:
- Auto spare part dealers
- Distributors
- Garages & workshops
- Fleet operators
- Vehicle body builders
- Automobile retailers
- Conduct regular market visits and client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate inquiries and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Present product catalogs, pricing, and schemes to customers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales professionally.
- Follow up for payments and outstanding dues.
- Maintain dealer engagement and relationship management.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesExecute local market branding and promotional activities.
- Coordinate product launches and dealer promotions.
- Collect market intelligence regarding:
- Competitor pricing
- Trending products
- Customer demand
- Market gaps
- Assist in WhatsApp marketing, social media promotions, and lead follow-ups.
- Support exhibition, trade fair, and dealer meet activities.
- Create and maintain customer database for future campaigns.
- Reporting & CoordinationSubmit daily visit reports (DVR).
- Maintain sales pipeline and lead tracking.
- Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for timely delivery.
- Share regular feedback from market with management.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of automobile spare parts/body parts market.
- Ability to build dealer and distributor network.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM usage.
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
- Good presentation and relationship-building ability.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience: 1–5 years in automobile spare parts / aftermarket sales.
- Education: Graduate preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler for market visits.
- Experience in B2B field sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of local automobile market will be an advantage.
