Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant who has hands-on experience in Import-Export accounting along with strong knowledge of GST, TDS and daily accounting operations.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesImport–Export WorkHandling complete import and export documentation
  • Accounting of foreign transactions, purchase & sales
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Bill of Entry
  • Shipping Bill
  • LC / Remittance entries
  • Freight, CHA & Duty accounting
  • Reconciliation of import purchases with customs documents
  • GST CompliancePreparation & filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  • E-Invoice & E-Way Bill generation
  • GST reconciliation (Books vs Portal)
  • Vendor GST compliance & follow-ups
  • TDS ComplianceTDS calculation & deduction
  • Filing of TDS Returns
  • Issuing TDS certificates
  • Reconciliation with Form 26Q / 24Q
  • Accounting & Daily WorkDay-to-day accounting entries
  • Bank & vendor reconciliation
  • Preparation of MIS reports
  • Purchase & sales invoice checking
  • Preparing Proforma Invoice (PI) and other basic documentation
