Job Title: Spanish Language Trainer

Location: Rajasthan (Udaipur, Jodhpur, Alwar)

Employment Type: Part-time (4 Hours per Day)

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Spanish Language Trainers to deliver high-quality Spanish language training to students in government college at Udaipur, Jodhpur and Alwar in the state of Rajasthan.

The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom sessions, maintaining student records, ensuring regular attendance, supporting student retention, and completing all required documentation in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

* Conduct interactive Spanish language classes as per the prescribed curriculum.

* Monitor student learning progress and provide regular feedback.

* Create an engaging and positive classroom environment.

Student Management

* Maintain daily student attendance records.

* Track student participation and learning outcomes.

* Counsel and motivate students to ensure regular attendance and course completion.

Documentation & Reporting

* Maintain all academic and administrative documentation accurately.

* Prepare attendance registers, assessment records, and progress reports.

Administrative Responsibilities

* Participate in faculty meetings and training sessions.

* Support student orientation and examination activities.

* Maintain discipline and adhere to organizational policies.

Eligibility

* Masters degree in Spanish Language 

* Certification or proficiency in Spanish (minimum B2 level).

* Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.

* Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital learning tools.

Working Hours

* 4 hours per day

* Six days a week (as per centre schedule)

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary Rs.25000-35000 based on qualification, experience and proficiency.
