Waiter / Steward

Position: Steward

Salary: 15000-22000 per month

Department: Food & Beverage Service

Location: Bhilwara, Rajasthan

Reports To: Restaurant Captain / F&B Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain dishes, beverages, and special offers to guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages as per the established service standards.
• Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and condiments.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after guest use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate concerns when required.
• Assist in banquet and event setups whenever required.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and company policies and procedures.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and create a memorable dining experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
• Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Steward in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or fine dining establishment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Team player with a positive attitude and grooming standards.
