Job Description
What you'll do:
• Onboard and manage distributor relationships in Ooty-Coonoor-Kotagiri corridor
• Visit 10-15 retail outlets per day to check stock, shelf placement, retailer feedback
• Activate Chai Tapri program: pitch chai vendors, distribute starter kits, manage reorders
• Collect market intelligence: competitor pricing, new shop openings, seasonal demand shifts
• WhatsApp photo reports daily: shelf photos, billing data, new leads
• Eventually replicate the model to Munnar and Pondicherry (travel required)
Profile we want:
• BCom / BBA / MBA graduate (or final year). Degree matters less than hustle.
• LOCAL to Ooty/Nilgiris — knows the roads, shops, people. Speaks Tamil fluently, English functional.
• Owns or can access a two-wheeler (essential for hill terrain)
• Comfortable with daily field work in all weather — rain, cold, steep roads
• Smartphone-literate: WhatsApp, Google Maps, basic photo/video for reports
• NOT looking for a desk job. This is 90% outdoor, 10% reporting.
