Relationship Manager - MF
- Customer Acquisition: Identify potential borrowers and form Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) in rural or semi-urban areas to facilitate micro-credit loans.
- Loan Processing: Conduct preliminary background checks, evaluate the applicant's financial background, and assist in completing required documentation.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly disbursement targets set by branch or regional managers.
- Portfolio Quality & Recovery: Drive on-time EMI collections, prevent loan defaults, and maintain a high-quality (low delinquency) loan portfolio.
- Customer Relationship Management: Conduct regular field visits to centre meetings, educate clients on financial products, and ensure high renewal rates.
- Compliance & KYC: Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, internal credit policies, and audit standards
