Account Executive (Accounting)

About the Role

We are hiring an Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in auditing and accounting work. Preference will be given to candidates with prior CA Firm experience or CA drop-out candidates with strong practical exposure.

The candidate must be willing to work with us on a long-term basis and grow with the organization.

The candidate should have solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and must be proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Finalisation of Books of Accounts
• Handle Income Tax Audits and Statutory Audits
• Prepare and file GST returns, perform GST working and reconciliation
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
• Work on MS Excel for analysis and reporting
• Prepare audit working papers
• Manage client communication and coordination
• Assist the CA team with compliance tasks and client queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience (preferably in a CA Firm)
• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, Income Tax, and TDS
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and strong in documentation
• Strong communication skills and professional behavior
• Long-term commitment and willingness to grow with the firm
