Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hiring experience, and the ability to attract top talent.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Communicate with hiring managers regarding staffing needs.
• Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and decision-making skills.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with bulk hiring or IT/non-IT recruitment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring and ATS systems.
• HR certification is a plus.

Salary[15,000 - 23,000] in Month
